last night made yet another headline in main campus as a transformer sparked fire causing blackout in hostel C.
the transformer situated along Soweto-mabatini way burnt up at around 9:30 pm;a time when most students are preparing supper.screams caught my ears as i moved to hostel k.alas,yet another tragedy befalls us!
grief called move of most from comforts of the room.thank God it was far from the C-houses.else ,the already burnt fence could usher in tremendous fall of the building...who knows and worst still.......
this the followed the varsity's blackout that accustomed missing of supper-for those which were not ready and breakfast.
Meanwhile,today's morning lectures went unattended.I need not to explain why for a student here.Behold ,it was an opportunity even for lectures to sun -busk involuntary;what can you do in a dark office with no electricity to work on everything in the resourceful electronics? I also had,i guess also you a WDM morning class which went unattended.these was a practical one that required computer lab and electricity.
its a relief that power resumed at 10.am..advice;prepare a heavy meal to compensate all that your stomach and appetite lost at the fall of the trategy.bon apetit to all!! Even to those who will not read these
